Some of my other activities have led me to produce a Proof-of-Concept for another project. It's called Awesome Amps and has proven how quickly I can get a multi-site Drupal installation up and running.

The Concept

The idea started as part of the gift ideas for guitarists series. I was thinking of money-is-no-object amplifiers. As well as that, it fits with the activities over at Earn More Than Before.

The Experience

It's been fun writing the content, especially as I started thinking about my dream guitar amplifiers. I'm fortunate that I've had chance to play most of them and even own a few. As I'm write the rest of the content, I realise how many more revered amps I haven't had chance to try. From a Gear Acquisition Syndrome perspective, I'm sure that's a good thing. Not having played them means I can't lust after them.
